The Ladies Tea was founded by Sonja, who has spent time in advertising, marketing, fashion sales, media planning, and branding. While working at an agency in London, Sonja first began to think more seriously about the importance of networking outside of the office with other professional women. She realized that most of the opportunities that were presented to her in life came through personal connections to ladies with whom she shared common interests or dreams. Also, the women she met socially often became the women that helped her to meet professional goals and she has since formed life-long friendships with some of these wonderful ladies.
